Getting started
Create or import a wallet, back up its recovery phrase, and verify the first receiving address before adding funds.
Sending and receiving
Review the address, amount, and network fee carefully before signing a transaction. Bitcoin transactions are generally irreversible after broadcast.
Electrum and connectivity
You can select an Electrum server or use Offline Mode. Network availability and third-party server behavior remain outside SatPak’s control.

Keep secrets out of support
SatPak support will never ask for your recovery phrase, private key, BIP39 passphrase, app passcode, or an unredacted wallet backup.
