1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using SatPak, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What SatPak is

SatPak is non-custodial wallet software that manages Bitcoin wallet credentials on your device. It is not a bank, exchange, broker, custodian, payment processor, or money transmitter.

3. Eligibility

You must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and may use SatPak only where doing so is lawful.

4. Open source

The published repository license governs rights in the source code. These Terms govern use of the distributed app.

5. Your keys, your responsibility

You are responsible for securing your recovery phrase, private keys, passcode, optional backup access, and device. If you lose every usable recovery method, the wallet may be permanently unrecoverable.

6. No recovery or reversal

Bitcoin transactions are generally irreversible. SatPak cannot cancel, refund, or reverse a confirmed transaction.

7. Network fees and infrastructure

Transaction fees are paid to Bitcoin miners. SatPak adds no wallet fee. Connected third-party services operate under their own terms, and their availability or accuracy is not guaranteed.

8. Information, not advice

Prices, portfolio values, and related information may be delayed or inaccurate. They are not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

9. Risk and warranties

Bitcoin is volatile, and networks, devices, services, and software can fail. SatPak is provided as is and as available, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SatPak’s contributors and maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of funds, profits, or data.

11. App Store and changes

Use must comply with Apple’s Media Services Terms. Updated Terms will be published here. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
