Your Privacy Choices
Choose how SatPak connects, backs up, and stores data. These controls reduce exposure, but Bitcoin transactions and any service requests already made cannot always be withdrawn.
1. Data requests
SatPak and its service providers can process anonymous session, wallet, synchronization, network, and support data. You can contact us to exercise an applicable access or deletion right. We may need information that reasonably identifies the relevant record.
No advertising profile: SatPak is not designed around targeted advertising. Third-party infrastructure still processes requests under its own terms.
2. Choices on your device
- Use watch-only mode: monitor a Bitcoin address or supported public key without adding spending credentials.
- Use Offline Mode: stop connected balance and transaction requests while accepting that network-dependent features will be unavailable.
- Choose an Electrum server: configure the server and SSL setting you prefer.
- Manage local data and iCloud: delete wallets in SatPak and separately disable or remove an optional iCloud Keychain and Passkey backup.
- Control permissions: manage camera, photos, files, notifications, and Face ID through iOS Settings.
3. Blockchain data cannot be deleted by SatPak
Bitcoin transactions are recorded by the network. SatPak cannot remove, hide, reverse, or edit confirmed on-chain data.
4. Privacy requests
Email support@satpak.io for an applicable privacy request. If you contact us by email, GitHub, or another support channel, we receive the information you choose to send. Never include a recovery phrase, private key, passphrase, PIN, or signed transaction secret.
